She will handle any questions or concerns you may have as well as take your deposit/full payments which is due immediately. DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM. It is just to review what information Gayle will require in order to secure your cabin on the cruise.
Because it is now past the Deposit(s) Deadline… you may be required to pay your balance in full upfront. Ask Gayle about your options!
